How it works for you

From the open book to paid.

Everything a placement needs, from the bid to the audit record, happens in one place.

  1. Verify your shop

Put your licence, surety bond and E&O cover on file. Each is checked separately.

  2. Work the open book

Filter by balance, age, state, industry and rate. Save a search and get told when a new account matches it.

  3. Bid the whole deal

Take the posted terms, or counter the schedule, the minimum fee and the legal forwarding rate. You can revise a bid while it’s pending.

  4. Countersign to execute

When the creditor signs, a placement agreement is generated from the agreed terms. Once you countersign, the debtor’s details and the documents unlock.

  5. Work the file

Demand letters that generate and log themselves, a portal where the debtor can pay, dispute or ask for time, payment plans, and messaging with the creditor.

  6. Get paid on recovery

You earn the agreed contingency on what you collect. When the file closes, the creditor rates you and your public scorecard is recomputed.

What you’ll see

The facts of the debt, before you bid.

Every listing shows what you need to price it. The card here is a real listing on the open book right now.

  • Balance, age, state and industry
  • The creditor’s terms: flat, or tiered by age
  • What documentation exists, and a collectability signal
  • The debtor’s identity once the placement is signed
What you need

Three documents, kept current.

LicenceYour collection licence, for each state you work. Creditors see your licensed states on every bid.
Surety bondOn file and checked separately from the licence.
E&O coverErrors-and-omissions insurance, on file and checked like the rest.

Lapsed cover blocks new claims automatically, the day it expires.

The rules you work under

Built so the easy path is the compliant one.

These are enforced by the platform, not left to a checklist.

01

Commercial debt only

A debtor that reads as an individual is refused at posting, so consumer paper never reaches the book.

02

Placement is exclusive

When a creditor signs with you, every other bid on that account is declined in the same step.

03

Cease-contact is a lock

Once a creditor flags it, no call, letter, email or text can be recorded against the account.

04

Limitations checked at send

The statute of limitations is re-checked when correspondence actually goes out, not only when the account was posted.

05

A person ships every send

Outreach can be drafted by a machine in your workspace, but only a signed-in person can approve and send it.

06

Service levels, then recall

Days to first contact and days since activity are tracked. An untouched account is warned, then returned to the open book.
